Does thredded ship worldwide?
Yup! Our apparel is purchased and loved worldwide!

When will I get my order?
All orders are made to order, and it usually takes 3-5 days to begin shipment. Then, shipping time will depend on your location + which shipping option you choose at the time of purchase!

Where does thredded originate from?
thredded is proudly designed in Toronto, Canada. Just like our founders, our designs represent a unique combination of Western and Eastern influences. The products themselves are printed and shipped by our printing partners in the US and Europe.


ORDERS:

Can I change the shipping address?
Yes, please contact us immediately after you place the order. As long as the order hasn't been already processed or shipped, we should be able to help you. This can happen within 24 hours from the time the order was placed, so if you need to make any changes - please reach out as soon as possible!

Can I change my shirt size or switch an item after the order is placed?
Yes, please contact us immediately after you place the order. Just like with changes in address, we won't be able to change the order once it begins being processed - and this can happen within 24 hours. If you need to make any changes to your oder - please reach out as soon as you can!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, but only if your order has not been processed and/or shipped.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Do you take exchanges/returns?
All sales are final. Since each item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or returns. If there are any quality issues with your apparel - please reach out to us within the first 15 days of purchase and we'll help you out!


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Can my shipment be delayed in customs?
Customs clearance is tricky to estimate, and it can definitely delay the delivery. Depending on the location + situation at the time, it's possible to take even a month to process certain shipments. Unfortunately, this is outside of both thredded and the shipping carrier's control.

Why is there a customs fee applied to my apparel?
Charges for customs will depend on your country - as international shipments are subject to incoming duties. This fee will be your responsibility.
